RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Drip Culture, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Every order is curated with the utmost care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs all requests for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted exclusively under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect item or size was delivered as per your confirmed order.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our team immediately upon discovery of the issue, providing photographic evidence for validation. All approved returns must be shipped back to us in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and accessories included.

Items must be returned in Drip Culture’s original protective packaging. If the original box is damaged, the product must be securely double-boxed in a protective outer carton and sealed with tape prior to dispatch.

Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a comprehensive inspection. If the return is approved:

  • Store credit equal to 100% of the billed amount will be issued.
  • Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
  • The resolution process may take up to 30 days; however, we endeavor to resolve all cases at the earliest possible opportunity.

2. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately at dripculture08@gmail.com. Early notification ensures we can resolve your concern as efficiently as possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are ineligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (including food, botanicals, or plants).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

4. Refunds

Refunds are considered only for items that are confirmed as damaged and unworn upon inspection by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the credit. Should 15 or more business days pass without a refund appearing, please contact us promptly.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only prior to the dispatch of your order. Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations can be accommodated.

For approved cancellations:

  • A store credit equal to 100% of the order value will be issued within 4 to 5 working days of approval.
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of your request being processed.
  • A cancellation fee of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 will apply, depending on the total order value.

6. Exchanges

Size exchange requests for sneakers and footwear are subject to a minimum additional charge of 10% on the original purchase value and are strictly subject to availability. All exchange requests must be submitted with the product in its original, unworn condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Please note: certain products are exclusively sourced at your request and are not eligible for exchange or return. For apparel from our designer collaborations, exchange eligibility is determined by each designer’s individual policies. We encourage you to review the relevant product page for designer-specific terms prior to purchase.

To avoid unnecessary exchanges, we strongly recommend consulting our detailed sizing charts and product measurements available on each product page before placing your order.

7. EU Customers — Cooling-Off Period

Customers ordering from within the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all such requests.

8. Faulty Products — Notification Requirement

In the event that you receive a faulty product, you are required to notify Drip Culture within 2 days of receipt by emailing dripculture08@gmail.com with clear photographic or video evidence. Upon examination, if the complaint is substantiated, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
