Origin & Coverage
All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan for all products featured on our platform.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the confirmed purchase date. Dispatch occurs within 6 to 7 working days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Drip Culture endeavours to meet these timeframes; however, delivery periods are estimates and may be subject to variation due to carrier conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Fulfillment & Stock Availability
All orders are fulfilled subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory records, should a discrepancy arise and an ordered item be unavailable, our team will contact you promptly to inform you of the situation. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated immediately.
Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility
When placing an order, please ensure that all shipping information — including your full address, postal code, phone number, and email address — is accurate and complete. Drip Culture cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or undeliverable parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation & Shipment Tracking
Upon successful placement of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email containing your unique tracking number, enabling you to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment via the carrier’s platform.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Should you receive a product that is damaged or differs from your original order, we kindly ask that you notify our customer care team within 3 working days of receipt.
